RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products an exchange service is not available for 'change of mind' so please choose carefully. We are unable to replace products which do not meet your expectations.

We will however, replace a faulty product so if you're having problems with your toy please let us know!

 If a product has a  fault please contact us right away using the form on this page so we can start the return process. Once we have received the faulty item we will examine it and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement or refund.

​We will not accept any product for return if it is in 'used' condition. Please ensure your toys are clean before returning them to us.
